On July 16, 2009, the Travis County District Court entered an Agreed Order Appointing Liquidator and Permanent Injunction against Texas Nations Title Agency, Inc. (“Texas Nations”), finding Texas Nations to be insolvent. On March 22, 2010, the Judge approved a joint application between TTIGA and the Special Deputy Receiver (DKJ Group, Inc.)
to work together on claims handling. The Special Deputy Receiver will initially handle all claims. This website contains all claim filing forms and instructions.
The deadline to file claims is July 15, 2010. Once a claim is filed, it takes approximately 60-120 days before outcome may be determined.
